WELCOME TO
THERAPY
I believe that the heart of effective therapy lies in the relationship
between therapist and client—where you are the expert in your own life.
My role is to create a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s no longer serving you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and gently uncover your most authentic self.

Therapy is often a mirror, and the patterns that arise between us may reflect dynamics present in other areas of your life. Together, we’ll explore these patterns and experiment with new ways of being, relating, and moving through the world.
My clinical foundation is grounded in Gestalt, somatic (body-oriented), and relational approaches, all of which view the individual as deeply shaped by their environment. This lens allows me to incorporate the impact of cultural, societal, and environmental factors into our work—recognizing that healing is not only personal, but also contextual.
I bring a diverse range of experiences to my practice, including my work as a hospice and bereavement counselor, a medical social worker at Fox Chase Cancer Center, and even as an improv comedian and hobbyist woodworker. These varied paths have all deepened my capacity for presence, creativity, and humanity in the therapy room. If I offer an insight, it’s because I’ve likely lived it myself.

I understand that therapy can feel overwhelming at times. I honor your pace and strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and respected. My approach is trauma-informed, consent-based, and rooted in a deep appreciation for the creative ways you’ve adapted and survived.

I have extensive training and experience in narcissistic and borderline abuse, grief and loss, trauma, body image concerns, illness, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, divorce, and LGBTQ+ related issues (particularly coming out later in life). My practice is inclusive, fat-positive, poly-affirming, kink-affirming and committed to anti-oppressive and trans-affirming care.
